Velour Laser Spa is growing, and we're looking for a friendly, passionate, and motivated Medical Esthetician to join our team!

We are currently a luxury home-based laser and skin clinic in Chilliwack, BC, with exciting plans to expand into a storefront location in approx 3-6 months. As our client base continues to grow, we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us and become a valued part of our long term team.

We're seeking someone who enjoys providing exceptional client care and has some experience in facials, brows, laser, or medical esthetics.

Job Type: Part-Time

Pay: $22.00 per hour + 100% of your tips

Responsibilities

- Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, peels, laser hair removal, and other advanced esthetic procedures with precision and care.
- Comfortable being on camera and creating engaging Instagram and TikTok Reels, stories, and videos.
- Creative, confident, and passionate about social media marketing to help grow the Velour Laser Spa brand.
- Provide exceptional guest services by understanding client needs, explaining treatment options clearly, and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
- Maintain strict sanitation and safety standards throughout all treatments to ensure a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
- Assist with retail sales by recommending skincare products, conducting product demos,



and upselling treatments to enhance guest results.
- Educate guests on skincare routines and product usage to promote ongoing skin health and satisfaction.

Requirements

- Certified Medical Esthetician or Laser Technician
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse guests.
- Experience in retail sales, upselling, and product demonstrations to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle front desk responsibilities efficiently.
