We are currently recruiting for Full Time and Part Time Server positions for our Mactaggart location (Rabbit Hill Road)

Job Summary

Enhance guest experiences by offering excellent and personalized service, suggestions and pairings. Daily tasks include taking orders accurately, delivering hot food promptly, serving beverages, clearing tables, managing transactions, handling take-out orders, and general cleaning duties.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Serves high-quality food and beverages in a timely, efficient, sanitary and consistent manner
- Advise on menu and drink selections
- Present invoices to customers and accepts payment. Responsible for all customer transactions
- Greet patrons, present menus
- Clean and bus tables
- Follows all Alberta Pro-serve regulations
- General cleaning and other duties, as required

Qualifications and Skills

- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have Alberta Pro-Serve Certification




- Experience working in food industry setting is preferred
- Knowledge of safety, sanitation, WHMIS an asset
- Familiar with use of kitchen equipment and hand tools
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working setting.
- Able to effectively communicate in English both verbally and in writing.
- Able to work well under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times
- Professional appearance and manners.
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
- Clear Criminal Record Check (Required)

Work Conditions:

- Interacts with employees, management and the public
- Required to be on feet/standing for the duration of their shift.
- Occasional environmental exposures to cold, heat and water.
- Must be able to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
- Overtime as required
