We are looking for a Part-Time Warranty Administrator / Internal Advisor who will ensure claims are handled with accuracy and care, supporting our commitment to transparency and trust.
What You’ll Do
- Process warranty claims with precision and efficiency
- Verify information in collaboration with Service Advisors and Technicians
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards
- Keep accurate documentation and manage timely follow-ups
What You Bring
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort with digital systems and reporting tools
- Previous dealership or warranty experience is a strong asset
- A focus on accuracy, communication, and continuous improvement
