Duties

- Assist customers in identifying and selecting the appropriate parts and accessories for their vehicles, providing detailed product information and recommendations.
- Manage inventory levels by accurately ordering parts, tracking stock, and fulfilling customer orders efficiently.
- Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems to process transactions smoothly, including cash handling, credit card payments, and invoicing.
- Maintain organized records of sales, orders, and inventory using Microsoft Excel or other organizational tools.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and clear communication skills.
- Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely order fulfillment for ongoing repairs and maintenance.




- Support marketing initiatives by promoting special offers or current products to enhance sales opportunities.

Qualifications

- Previous experience working in a dealership or automotive parts environment is highly preferred.
- Strong familiarity with POS systems, retail sales processes, and inventory management software such as CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer needs effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly phone etiquette to engage customers confidently.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail for order fulfillment and stock management.
- Basic math skills for accurate pricing, calculations, and cash handling responsibilities.
- Knowledge of automotive repair processes is advantageous to better assist technicians and customers alike.
