Kenworth Newfoundland & Labrador is looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to join our team at our Mount Pearl location.

What You'll Do

- Assist customers and technicians with identifying and sourcing the correct parts
- Handle parts inquiries in person, by phone, and electronically
- Look up parts using electronic catalogues and manufacturer systems
- Prepare quotes and process parts orders
- Maintain accurate parts and inventory records
- Coordinate with the Service Department to ensure parts are available when required
- Receive and organize incoming parts
- Provide knowledgeable, professional customer service
- Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of proven parts experience
- Automotive, heavy-duty truck, equipment, or similar parts experience preferred
- Good mechanical knowledge and ability to identify components
- Strong computer and parts lookup skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Organized and able to work effectively in a rapid-paced environment
