Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting parts and accessories that meet their vehicle needs.
- Provide expert advice on product features, compatibility, and installation options to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure accurate order fulfillment using POS (Point of Sale) systems.
- Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with professionalism.
- Maintain organized records of sales, orders, and customer interactions to support smooth dealership operations.
- Collaborate with service technicians and sales teams to identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Stay informed about new products, promotions, and industry trends to effectively market accessories and parts.





Requirements

- Lift Kit and vehicle uplifting experience
- Chrysler and PBS experience
- Previous experience working in a dealership or automotive parts retail environment is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with POS systems, Microsoft Excel, and inventory management tools such as CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
- Strong communication skills in multiple languages are a plus; bilingual abilities are highly valued.
- Knowledge of automotive repair processes, maintenance procedures, and parts compatibility enhances your effectiveness.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for order fulfillment and stock management.
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly phone etiquette and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
- Basic math skills for calculating prices, discounts, and inventory counts are essential.
