The Parts Manager is responsible for running a profitable and efficient department while maintaining healthy inventory levels with minimal obsolete or aged inventory. Parts Managers must work hand in hand with the Service Department assuring daily repairs are completed properly.

Main Duties

- Review seasonal promotions and programs offered by GM Canada.

- Review and approve daily orders.

- Assist in dealing with daily deliveries and proper stocking of the parts.

- Communicate with Service Dept. to inform them as customer’s parts arrive in inventory and make sure the right parts are ordered for the right customers on a daily basis.

- Oversee pricing and quotations to make sure it is appropriate for the both the customer and the dealership.

- Comply with Provincial and Federal Regulations

- Completion of required GM Training.

- Review all Parts & Service related correspondence from General Motors.

- Respond to any customer concerns
