As a Parts Manager you will:



Be responsible for parts operations within the store location to provide the highest level of external and internal customer satisfaction while maximizing return on investment through parts sales, inventory control, and expense control. Execute parts department standard processes.

The ideal candidate will have:

- 3+ years’ experience in Parts Department operations
- Experience leading others
- Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions
- Ability to write and speak effectively to individuals and groups
- Ability to analyze and interpret internal reports
- Ability to work extended hours and weekends
- Excellent customer service skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable record

Working Conditions:

- Travel may be required
- Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs repeatedly

The annual salary for this role is typically $72,250 to $120,750 per year and represents a range across all of PrairieCoast’s BC and Alberta locations. It is influenced by various factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant training, and work location. In compliance with the BC provincial government mandates, we are posting a broad wage range to adhere to the wage transparency requirements.
