We’re a busy truck service and repair facility looking for a reliable, hands-on Parts Person to join our team!

You’ll be responsible for keeping the shop running smoothly by finding, ordering, receiving, and organizing parts and supplies. You’ll work closely with our mechanics to make sure they have the right parts when they need them, while keeping inventory accurate and organized.

If you know your way around mechanical parts, enjoy solving problems, and can keep up in a busy shop environment, we’d love to hear from you. This is a hands-on role where your mechanical knowledge, attention to detail, and ability to stay organized will make a big difference.

Duties

- Source and order automotive and mechanical parts from suppliers
- Work closely with technicians to identify and locate required parts
- Check part numbers, pricing, availability, and delivery times
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming parts and supplies




- Maintain accurate parts inventory and keep the parts area organized
- Track backorders and follow up with suppliers when needed
- Compare pricing and availability to find the best options
- Return incorrect, damaged, or unused parts to suppliers
- Prepare parts for technicians and ensure orders are ready when needed
- Maintain valuable relationships with parts suppliers and vendors
- Help identify alternative parts when the requested part is unavailable
- Keep records of parts purchases, invoices, and returns
- Assist with general shop organization and day-to-day operations
- Provide excellent service and communication to technicians and customers when required

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
