Smili Dental North Vancouver is looking for a Patient Coordinator to join our brand-new practice in Lonsdale, North Vancouver.

No previous dental experience is required!

Administrative and reception experience is considered an asset. Experience with Cleardent is also an asset but is not required.

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients as they arrive; ensure a lasting positive impression for them
- Responsible for optimizing the appointment schedule by ensuring the day is full,



booking same day appointments should they become available
- Managing patient calls and inquiries about appointments, confirmations, amendments and cancellations

Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative or reception role
- Clinical background or dental experience considered an asset
- Open to learning in a fast paced environment
