Join UHN as a Patient Flow Coordinator to enhance patient clinic experiences at the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre. This part-time role supports the critical flow and management of patient visits. By working with the Malignant Hematology Day Unit, you will contribute to UHN’s mission of patient-centered care.
You will coordinate everything from appointment scheduling to handling patient queries, ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors. This position empowers you to play a significant role in the operations of Canada’s largest cancer treatment facility, with an emphasis on teamwork and collaboration. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage patient appointments effectively
- Provide assistance and answer patient queries
- Support patient flow through all stages of care
- Manage retrieval of health records and clinic lists
- Order supplies and assist with equipment setup Requirements:
- Completed Grade XII or equivalent education
- Minimum one year of relevant healthcare experience
- Robust preference for those familiar with UHN systems
- Proficient in computer applications, especially Microsoft Office
