Job Overview:

As a Pawnbroker – Sales & Lending Associate, you'll be responsible for handling customer transactions, evaluating merchandise, and driving in-store sales. You’ll work directly with the public in a quick-paced retail and lending environment, helping customers get the cash they need or find the deal they’re after.

What You’ll Do:

- Greet and assist customers with pawn loans, purchases, and sales
- Evaluate and appraise items such as electronics, tools, jewelry, and more
- Negotiate fair prices with customers and promote in-store deals
- Maintain clean, organized product displays and sales floor
- Monitor inventory, process transactions, and perform basic recordkeeping




- Help meet daily sales targets and loan performance goals
- Provide secure handling of cash and merchandise

What We’re Looking For:

- Previous retail, sales, or pawnshop experience preferred
- Strong sales skills with a friendly, persuasive attitude
- Comfortable negotiating and discussing money/lending terms
- Reliable, honest, and able to follow procedures closely
- Good communication and basic computer skills
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet during shifts
