- Experience in Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance Multilingual proficiency in English and French (spoken and written)
- Experience in policy administration| policy servicing| or insurance operations
- Ability to interpret insurance policies| endorsements| and policy documentation Proficiency in MS Excel and other productivity tools
- Good communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work accurately in a process-driven environment
- Valuable to HaveKnowledge of the Canadian P&C; Insurance Market
- Experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter or similar Policy Administration Systems
- Exposure to insurance compliance and regulatory requirements
