This position is responsible for overseeing clinical practices, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care to patients with pelvic health concerns. The role involves leading a multidisciplinary team, fostering professional development, and implementing cutting-edge treatment protocols to improve patient outcomes.

The Clinical

Lead will also collaborate with healthcare administrators to align clinical services with organizational goals and regulatory standards. Ultimately, this position aims to enhance patient care quality, promote pelvic health awareness, and support continuous improvement in clinical operations.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Registered healthcare professional with a specialization in pelvic health (e.g., physiotherapy, occupational therapy).
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in pelvic health or related fields.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a clinical healthcare environment.
- Current licensure to practice in Canada.
- Strong knowledge of pelvic health assessment, treatment modalities, and rehabilitation techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Advanced certification or training in pelvic health (e.g., pelvic floor physiotherapy certification).
- Experience in program development and clinical research related to pelvic health.
- Familiarity with healthcare quality improvement frameworks and patient safety initiatives.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage clinical projects.
- Experience working within Canadian healthcare systems and understanding of provincial healthcare regulations.
