As an Occupational Therapist for the Children’s Home Care program, you will deliver targeted interventions to support pediatric clients from birth to 18 years old. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you will implement assessments, formulate care plans, and engage families in rehabilitation. This role emphasizes working independently in various settings to maximize client independence and functional abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
