Key Responsibilities Customer Experience & Product Guidance

Greet customers and assess their skin, hair care, or cosmetic needs.

Recommend appropriate health and beauty products, including skincare, cosmetics, and natural alternatives.

Offer in-store mini-makeovers, demonstrations, and personalized skincare suggestions.

Deliver an exceptional customer experience through product education and attentive service.

Sales Strategy & Store Operations

Encourage product sales by building trust and communicating product benefits clearly.

Collaborate with team members and management to execute department sales strategies.

Meet or exceed sales goals while supporting customers’ wellness and beauty objectives.

Process transactions accurately using POS systems.

Follow store schematics and enhance visual merchandising with an eye for detail and creativity.

Maintain product inventory and ensure stock levels and displays meet store standards.

Reporting & Development

Prepare basic sales reports and performance summaries as required.

Attend staff meetings and participate in ongoing training programs.

Stay informed on the latest health, beauty, and skincare trends.





Share knowledge with team members and support cross-departmental collaboration.

Training & Compliance

Completion of required Lessonly training modules

Ongoing participation in workshops and brand education sessions to stay current on wellness trends and company initiatives

Help drive in-store wellness events, product demos, and customer workshops.

Demonstrated commitment to attendance, punctuality, team collaboration, and reliability

Other Duties

Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience in a retail or client-facing advisor role.

Robust passion for natural health, beauty, and eco-conscious products.

Experience in the beauty industry (sales, cosmetics, or skincare) is a strong asset.

Energetic, confident, and personable, with the ability to engage and assist diverse customers.

Excellent verbal communication, sales, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
