The role requires a commitment to enhancing the comfort and support of youth and families facing various challenges. Ideal candidates will have a diploma in Developmental Services or a related field and experience managing aggressive behaviors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide 24/7 support tailored to individual needs
• Build therapeutic rapport and implement prescribed programs




• Assist with life skills development and social integration
• Support personal care and hygiene needs of clients
• Respond quickly to coverage requests as needed
Requirements:
• PSW certification or equivalent recognized qualification
• Current First Aid & CPR certification
• Transparent Vulnerable Sector Background Check
• Crisis Intervention certification mandatory
• Must be bilingual in English and French
