Key Responsibilities:
• Provide outreach support to adults with developmental disabilities
• Monitor client progress and adjust support as needed
• Establish connections with local community resources




• Assist with daily living activities, appointments, and transport
• Write reports and manage time effectively
Requirements:
• Diploma in Human Services or related field
• Minimum 1 year in developmental disabilities or mental health
• Vulnerable Sector Check required
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Clean Driver's Abstract with less than six demerit points
