- Architect end to end PeopleSoft Financials and Accounts Payable solutions that align with enterprise finance strategies and support consistent and compliant financial transaction processing across all business units.
- Design scalable PeopleSoft Financials integrations with upstream and downstream applications to ensure reliable data exchange, timely financial updates, and reduced reconciliation effort for finance teams.
- Develop detailed solution blueprints for core Accounts Payable processes such as invoice capture, matching, approvals, and payment execution to improve cycle time and reduce manual intervention.
- Collaborate with functional finance stakeholders to translate complex accounting and reporting requirements into clear PeopleSoft configuration designs that support accurate general ledger posting and audit ready records.
- Guide technical teams in implementing PeopleSoft components, including application engines, integrations, reports, and configuration, to deliver solutions that meet performance expectations and business service level agreements.
- Review existing PeopleSoft Financials and Accounts Payable setups to identify optimization opportunities in chart of accounts, approval workflows, and posting rules that reduce errors and improve user experience.
