In this role, you will support the nursing team by providing personal care and nursing services to residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
Your responsibilities include monitoring residents’ conditions, administering prescribed medications, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols at all times. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee residents' daily living activities and personal hygiene
- Review shift reports and implement care plans
- Document changes in residents’ health accurately
- Train and guide non-registered nursing staff
- Participate in quality assurance and safety measures Requirements:
- Valid Medication Administration Certificate
- Competency certificate from the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Experience with senior care is an advantage
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
