Looking for PeopleSoft HCM consultants for contract role in Toronto

Deliverables:

- 10 or more years’ experience in PeopleSoft HCM.
- 5 years’ experience with HCM version 9.0, specifically with Core HR, Payroll and Time& Labour with 2 or more clients, including functional analysis, configuration and testing.
- Strong business analysis and communication (written and verbal) are required to work with payroll operations, as well as with client ministries and agencies to develop requirements, conduct fit/gap analyses, propose configuration and development changes. In addition, strong experience writing functional specifications in collaboration with IT resources is critical, as is experience configuring PeopleSoft HCM.
- Five or more years experience developing and executing test plans, including preparing and executing test cases, staging data, running SQLs to analyze results and troubleshoot issues.
- 2 or more years experience working with a large provincial,



state or federal government client in their pay and advantages organization as a functional specialist or consultant implementing significant change requests in PeopleSoft HR, payroll and/or time and labour

Skills Required:

- 10 or more years experience working with PeopleSoft HCM
- 5 or more years experience working with PeopleSoft HCM version 9.0
- demonstrated experience conducting business analysis, developing business requirements, conducting fit/gap analyses, identifying resolutions to gaps, writing functional specifications in collaboration with IT
- demonstrated experience facilitating meetings with staff in payroll operations, with end user communities, policy owners and other stakeholders
- demonstrated experience preparing test plans, setting up and executing test cases, analyzing results and recommending fixes?
- 2 or more years’ experience in a functional specialist or project consultant role implementing changes to PeopleSoft for a public sector or large-scale enterprise environment

Job Type: Contract Pay: $60.00-$120.00 per hour
