About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Personal Lines - Inside Sales Broker to join our growing sales team. This role focuses on servicing inbound sales calls and warm leads for personal lines insurance products, including Auto, Home, Condo, and Tenant insurance. You will work closely with clients to identify their needs, provide professional insurance advice, and convert qualified opportunities into new business.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound sales calls and warm leads for home and auto insurance.
- Quote and sell personal insurance products to our Group Division clients.
- Generate new business through referrals and follow-up activities.
- Quote with multiple insurance markets and present coverage options tailored to client needs.
- Identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate solutions.




- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Cross-sell and upsell insurance products.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with brokerage standards.

Qualifications

- Active RIBO Licence in good standing.
- Minimum 3 years of Personal Lines insurance sales and account management experience.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and close business.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent knowledge of personal insurance products and markets.
- Experience with Applied EPIC or similar broker management systems is an asset.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
