Cascadia Liquor is seeking an experienced Supervisor to oversee daily store activities. This permanent position demands versatile availability from Saturday to Wednesday. Successful candidates will have at least one year of supervisory experience in retail and a passion for customer service, demonstrating excellence in communication and engagement.
Key Responsibilities: • Deliver memorable customer service experiences daily • Manage and support Sales Associates effectively • Handle complex guest inquiries with professionalism • Learn product knowledge to offer excellent recommendations • Ensure compliance with British Columbia’s liquor laws
