On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Client Onboarding Advisor for a 9-12 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Burnaby, BC office.
Client Onboarding Advisor - Job Description:
As a Client Onboarding Advisor in bank’s North American Treasury & Payment Solutions business, you will manage the end-to-end onboarding of clients for cash management and payment solutions. This role involves serving as a trusted guide for clients, ensuring a smooth transition onto bank's platforms, and contributing to the continuous improvement of onboarding processes.
Client Onboarding Advisor - Responsibilities:
• Manage client-facing implementations, coordinating the full client onboarding lifecycle
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during onboarding
• Configure solutions and conduct thorough testing to ensure seamless go-live
• Bring a continuous improvement mindset to the team and recommend process enhancements
• Provide client training and post-go-live support
• Collaborate with dedicated service advisors to ensure service continuity
Client Onboarding Advisor - Mandatory Skills:
• 3–5 years of experience in banking, fintech, or client implementation roles
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Team player with proven ability to coordinate across departments
• Self-motivated with a growth mindset
• Customer-focused mindset
Client Onboarding Advisor – Nice-to-Have Skills:
