We’re looking for someone who takes pride in creating clean, safe, and welcoming spaces and understands the significant role those spaces play in the life of a community. As our Facility Services Associate, you’ll help care for the Columbia Bible College campus through custodial work, light maintenance, event and rental support, and seasonal facility preparation. If you’re dependable, detail-oriented, enjoy practical hands‑on work, and find satisfaction in a job well done, this is an opportunity to use your skills in meaningful work that directly supports the students, staff, faculty, and guests who learn, serve, worship, and gather at CBC.

What you bring:

A heart for Christian higher education and a desire to serve students and the wider CBC community.

Strong attention to detail and personal pride in maintaining clean, safe, and well‑cared‑for spaces.

Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team.

Previous experience in custodial, janitorial, or housekeeping services, with related training or campus/institutional experience considered an asset.

The ability to handle the physical demands of the role, including extended periods of standing and walking,



lifting up to 50 lbs, and occasional work outdoors or outside regular hours.
