We are looking for Full-time or Part-time Personal Support Workers for the New Sudbury and its surrounding Areas areas who are interested to work.

Canadian Shield is in search of outgoing, kind and ambitious individuals to provide Clients in the New Sudbury, South End, Garson, Minnow Lake, Azilda / Chelmsford and its surrounding areas, Val Caron/ Hanmer and its surrounding areas, Espanola, Manitoulin with a superior level of care on a Part-Time or Full-Time Basis. Both positions allow the applicant to work Full-Time Hours should they wish. Applicants will have the opportunity to gain work experience in Home Care with no limited experience required!

If you are recent, or newly returning to the Health Care Field and are unsure of where to start, do not fear! You will have the opportunity to receive valuable training from the Company’s highly qualified team who will provide guidance and mentorship!

QUALIFICATIONS

- Health Care Certification: Personal Support Worker (PSW) Diploma or equivalent
- Tuberculosis Skin Test (Step 1 & 2) - valid within 2 years
- Criminal Record Check – Vulnerable Sector - valid within the year
- Access to a reliable vehicle with a valid driver’s license
