Compensation: $22–$25 per hour (based on experience & services)

Medluxe is a premium concierge healthcare service providing personalized in-home care to clients across the GTA. We focus on comfort, professionalism, and high-quality support tailored to each client’s needs.

This is an independent contractor role, not an employment position. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes and insurance. Please only apply if you are self-employed in Ontario.

Role Overview:

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Personal Support Workers (PSWs) to join our team as independent contractors. This role is ideal for individuals who value flexibility and delivering high-quality care in a private home setting.

Responsibilities:

- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming
- Provide mobility support and transfers
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Offer companionship and emotional support




- Monitor and report changes in client condition
- Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful workplace

Requirements:

- PSW certificate from a recognized program in Ontario
- Minimum 1 year of experience in home care or healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, professional, and reliable
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (preferred)
- Ability to work independently
- CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)
