Duties

· Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support

· Support medication administration

· Provide patient observation to detect changes in condition or behavior

· Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed; maintain cleanliness of client living spaces through light housekeeping and sanitation tasks

· Offer emotional support and effective communication tailored to each client’s needs, fostering trust and comfort during interactions

Skills

- · PSW graduates or students who have completed placements





· Internationally trained nurses with bedside care experience · Comfortable working in home care, retirement, or hospital settings

· Familiarity with care plans development and implementation; experience with patient monitoring and documentation

· Ability to perform CPR and first aid confidently

· Solid communication skills for client interaction

· Competence in home health procedures such as medication administration, vital signs measurement, manual handling, and social work practices
