Juju Grooms started off in the spare bedroom of our home, our team is an extension of what we started in our home: we are continuing to build a community of like-minded individuals whose focus is your pet's best interests and overall experience. Juju Grooms strives to provide a positive experience for your pet, offering them our full attention and care. We are capable of all breed-specific grooming, Asian style grooming, difficult pets & cat grooming.

Juju Grooms offers fear-free, low-impact grooming services and we are always looking to provide the best service.

Juju Grooms' mission is to prevent and alleviate any fear, anxiety and stress in your pet's experience at a grooming salon, and that all starts with the owner's education. Pet professionals play a critical role in creating a happier, healthier, fear-free environment for pets, but it is the owner's choice that starts that process.

Juju Grooms is a dog and cat grooming salon located in the Parkdale area that is looking to add a groomer to our team. We pride ourselves on our high-quality grooms and our ability to provide a outstanding experience for our dog/cat and human clients.

Requirements

- A perfect candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in Dog Grooming.
- They are familiar with breed standard cuts and can manage all size dogs.
- They will have a gentle approach to grooming and can handle nervous, anxious, old, reactive dogs/cats.
- They will be open to learning new skills (in house training is required).
- Has a positive and friendly attitude.

- Work well with all employees and ensure that your actions support everyone on the team.




- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.
- Monitoring/assessing performance of yourself and the practice to make improvements or take corrective action.

- Good communication skills (be comfortable communicating with clients)
- Cat experience is a plus (the right candidate can be trained in house)

What We Offer We offer competitive compensation based on experience, your pay will be based on commission or hourly rate which will be determined by your skill level and experience. You will also receive 100% of your tips.

We work in a team environment and the perfect candidate will make a good fit to the team.

Daily compensation can average out to $300-500++ depending on skills and experience

MUST BE AVAILABLE ON SATURDAYS & one other day during the week (TBD).
