Job DescriptionToast is recruiting on behalf of an early-stage sports and casino sweepstakes platform building the next generation of fan engagement products. The company is small, fast-moving, and early in its growth, with an ambitious product vision and a team of builders who care deeply about the space. This role is central to that vision: leading the transition from a WebView-heavy mobile architecture to a fully native React Native experience across iOS and Android. The ideal candidate will take real ownership over the mobile product, working closely with product, design, and backend teams to drive activation, retention, and overall user experience.ResponsibilitiesDrive the transition from a WebView-heavy architecture to high-performance, fully native React Native experiencesBuild and maintain high-fidelity features across sports and casino surfaces, with a strong focus on user activation and retentionPartner with backend engineers to design clean REST APIs, handling real-time data, caching, versioning, and network resilienceCollaborate with product and design to implement native-feeling animations, gestures, and pixel-perfect interaction patternsManage the full mobile release pipeline across CodePush, TestFlight, and Google Play, while monitoring app analytics tools such as Firebase, GTM, and AppsFlyerEstablish mobile engineering patterns, tooling, and testing standardsRequirements4+ years of experience shipping production-ready iOS and Android appsDeep React Native and TypeScript expertise,
