Covenant House Toronto is seeking an Overnight Youth Worker for Thrive Transitional Program (Etobicoke). The role is on site, full time, permanent, with night shifts from 10:30pm to 8:30am, four nights per week and potential for extra shifts.
You will perform ongoing assessments, provide crisis intervention, advocate for youth, and support case managers while maintaining detailed youth files and plans. A related degree and experience in shelter settings are preferred.
