Duties

- Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately and efficiently
- Manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure medication storage complies with safety standards
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to patients, answering questions and offering guidance on over-the-counter products
- Verify prescriptions for completeness and accuracy, ensuring all medical terminology is correctly applied
- Support medication administration processes by preparing labels and organizing medication packages
- Maintain detailed records of prescriptions, inventory logs, and patient interactions in accordance with healthcare regulations
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure timely medication delivery and patient care coordination

Skills





- Prior experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting is highly desirable
- Proven pharmacy technician experience or relevant certification is a strong advantage
- Excellent understanding of medical terminology related to medications and patient care
- Strong commitment to patient care with the ability to communicate clearly and compassionately
- Knowledge of medication administration procedures and safety protocols
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
