About the Role

As Pharmacy Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy while providing high-quality patient care and ensuring compliance with Ontario pharmacy standards. With approximately 750 prescriptions per week and no prescription overlap, the pharmacy offers a structured workflow and an environment where you can focus on patient care, clinical responsibilities, and effective pharmacy management.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing daily pharmacy operations
- Dispensing prescriptions accurately and safely




- Providing medication counselling and clinical support
- Managing pharmacy workflow and inventory
- Supervising and supporting pharmacy staff
- Ensuring compliance with Ontario pharmacy regulations and professional standards
- Building strong relationships with patients and healthcare professionals
- Maintaining accurate patient and prescription records using Kroll
- Supporting the continued success and development of the pharmacy
- Maintaining a high standard of patient safety and service

What We're Looking For

- Licensed Pharmacist in Ontario
- Previous community pharmacy experience
- Pharmacy management or leadership experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of Ontario pharmacy regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Patient-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of pharmacy operations
- Comfortable managing a pharmacy with approximately 750 prescriptions per week
