Schedule
The pharmacy operates on a straightforward schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Your Responsibilities
As Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the pharmacy's day-to-day operations while ensuring excellent patient care and regulatory compliance.
Your responsibilities will include

- Experience in community pharmacy
- Previous pharmacy management or leadership experience is preferred
- Strong knowledge of Ontario pharmacy standards and regulations
- Injection certification, including the ability to administer influenza and COVID-19 vaccines
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of pharmacy operations

- Patient-focused approach
- Experience with Fillware is an asset
This role is designed for a pharmacist who wants more than simply a salaried management position.
For the right individual, the equity opportunity can provide the possibility to participate directly in the pharmacy's long-term success and growth. Rather than a traditional signing bonus, the focus is on creating long-term value and ownership potential.
If you are an ambitious pharmacist looking for a leadership opportunity with competitive compensation, professional autonomy, and the possibility of equity in the business, we would be pleased to hear from you.
