Duties

- Verify prescription information and ensure compliance with medical and legal standards
- Assist patients with medication questions, providing clear guidance on usage and potential side effects
- Manage inventory by restocking shelves, checking expiration dates, and ordering supplies as needed
- Maintain detailed records of medication dispensing, patient interactions, and pharmacy activities
- Support medication administration processes in hospital settings,

Skills

- Prior experience working in a hospital environment or clinical setting is highly desirable
- Proven pharmacy technician experience demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong understanding of medical terminology related to pharmaceuticals and patient care
- Excellent communication skills to effectively assist patients and collaborate with healthcare teams
- Experience using Kroll is preferred.
- Knowledge of medication administration procedures and safety standards
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to providing compassionate patient care while adhering to regulatory guidelines

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
