Erin Park Lexus Toyota is currently looking for a full time Phone Receptionist to join our team. We are a family run dealership and we are dedicated to providing our guests with experiences that will not only meet, but exceed all of their expectations.

- Exceptional customer service
- Following up on service appointments and one day reminders
- Completing general administrative tasks
- Answering and directing incoming calls for sales and service department in a friendly manner
- Ability to take ownership of a guest question or concern by directing them to the correct department and/or team member
- Problem solving skill set

Qualifications:





- Comfortable with continuous communication over the phone and online chat tools

Schedule:

- A rotational work schedule to cover our opened hours between 8:30am to 7:00pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30am to 6:00pm Friday and Saturday
