: This position reports to the Manager and is responsible for the assessment and treatment of clients. Staff Physical Therapists have the knowledge to assess and treat clients but may require some professional mentoring/guidance from the Senior Therapists. All Therapists may be responsible for the supervision of students.
Human Resources Exemption: No Education
- Bachelor Degree in Physical Therapy
Licenses
- Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
Knowledge & Abilities
- Ability to establish/maintain satisfactory working relationships
- Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication skills.
Other Information
- Valid driver's license, where required
- Registered/eligible for membership with Canadian Physical Therapy Association
- Registered/eligible with the Saskatchewan College of Physical Therapists (SCPT)
- "Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement"
