As Medical

- Collaborate to implement value-based care innovations




- Develop evidence-based clinical pathways and improvement programs

Requirements:

- MD or DO with relevant board certification
- Five years of successful clinical practice experience
- Demonstrated leadership in healthcare settings
- Proficiency in quality improvement and multidisciplinary collaboration
- Familiarity with population health and value-based care
