Experience being part of a high‑performing team with a fulfilling career in property management with FirstService Residential.Job OverviewThe Accounts Receivable Associate - Receptionist provides coverage at the reception desk during vacation periods and peak business times. The Office Manager will advise the Accounts Receivable Clerk and AR Supervisor of scheduled coverage requirements in advance whenever possible. In the event of an emergency, such as a sick day, the Office Manager will notify the AR Supervisor directly.ResponsibilitiesPayment Processing & Accounting SupportReceive, sort, and enter cheque, cash, and electronic fund payments from homeowners, tenants, and other payorsAccurately input payment and banking information into the accounting systemTrack incoming funds and issue receipts as requiredUpdate homeowner and tenant information in the systemFollow established cash‑handling protocols to ensure accuracy and complianceCustomer Service & CommunicationRespond to customer emails, tickets, phone calls,



and general inquiries in a timely and professional mannerProvide information and assistance to homeowners and tenants as neededForward inquiries to the appropriate department when resolution is not possible directlyMail, Courier & Document HandlingSort and distribute incoming physical mail; scan and route documents for digital distributionMonitor and distribute faxes received via the centralized email systemReceive, coordinate, and dispatch courier deliveriesAdministrative & Office SupportPerform clerical duties including filing, labeling, data entry, and photocopyingAssist various departments with administrative support as neededMaintain office supply inventory — place orders, receive and unpack shipments, and ensure supply areas remain organizedEnsure common office spaces (kitchens, boardrooms, photocopy rooms) are clean, stocked, and well‑maintainedCollaboration & Professional ConductWork effectively with supervisors, managers, colleagues, and clientsTake direction and complete tasks within assigned deadlinesMaintain professional and courteous relationships with internal and external contactsGeneral ExpectationsDemonstrate strong organization, accuracy,



and attention to detailManage high volumes of data efficientlyThrive in a quick‑paced environment while balancing multiple prioritiesSkills & QualificationsPrior experience in high‑volume data entry in either an office or accounting related field, with a strong focus on accuracy and speed.Proven financial or numerical aptitude, ideally gained through prior Accounts Receivable experience for a large, complex, client‑focused organization.Experience providing customer service and cash handling would be an asset.Strong experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook required.Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and tight deadline is crucial.High attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.What We OfferAs a full‑time associate, you will be eligible for a full comprehensive benefits package including health & dental.
