As a Social Support Worker, you’ll report to the Program Manager and be a key player in daily operations. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist participants with daily tasks and programming
• Organize and supervise recreational activities
• Provide advocacy and information to individuals
• Support volunteers at drop-in centres
• Facilitate referrals to community resources
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in social sciences or related field
• Experience working with high-risk populations
• Knowledge of homelessness and addiction issues
• Solid interpersonal and communication abilities
• First Aid and CPR certification
