At Arista Rehabilitation, our multidisciplinary wellness clinic is expanding — and we’re looking for a dedicated Physiotherapist to join our growing team of healthcare professionals.
You’ll work alongside leading experts in back, neck, knee, and shoulder pain — collaborating closely with physicians, massage therapists, and other specialists in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Your Role & Responsibilities
As our Physiotherapist, you’ll play a key role in helping patients recover, rebuild, and thrive. Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing comprehensive clinical assessments and developing individualized, results-focused treatment plans
- Providing one-on-one patient care and prescribing effective therapeutic exercise programs
- Monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Educating patients about their condition, treatment, and long-term wellness strategies
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation (per CPTBC guidelines)
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care
- Engaging with patients with empathy, professionalism, and compassion
- Contributing to community education on injury prevention and healthy living
- Participating in ongoing professional development and continuous learning
Skills & Qualifications We’re looking for someone who embodies both skill and heart:
- Registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Health and Care Professionals (CHCPBC)
- Eligible for membership with the Physiotherapy Association of British Columbia (PABC)
- 2+ years of clinical experience preferred (new graduates are welcome to apply!)
- Additional certifications in Manual Therapy, Vestibular Rehabilitation, and IMS/Dry Needling are considered robust assets
- Holds a City of Surrey business license and professional liability insurance
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a passion for patient-centered care
