This is a fantastic opportunity for clinicians who want to specialize in workplace injury recovery. Based out of Simcoe Muskoka Rehabilitation in Orillia, this role supports the Ontario Workers Network (OWN) Specialty Clinic, which treats upper extremity, lower extremity, musculoskeletal (MSK), and mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI) cases.

You'll work as part of a true multidisciplinary team including Orthopedic Surgeons, Family Medicine and Sports Medicine Physicians, Chiropractors, Physiotherapists, and Kinesiologists, collaborating directly on complex recovery cases rather than working in isolation.

What you'll do:

- Review medical files and case history
- Conduct comprehensive history-taking and physical examinations
- Provide manual therapy where clinically indicated
- Oversee active rehabilitation programming
- Consult with the care team on plan-of-care management
- Prepare clear, thorough clinical reports

Requirements:

- Registered member (in good standing) with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario/College of Chiropractors of Ontario
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Sound judgement and problem-solving ability
- Experience working with MVA and WSIB clientele preferred

Pay: From $50.00 per hour
