We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Physiotherapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to determine physical therapy needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities to promote healing and functional recovery.
- Monitor patient progress regularly and adjust treatment strategies accordingly to optimize outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, proper body mechanics, and home exercise programs.
- Document all patient interactions accurately in medical records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical terminology and current physiotherapy practices to deliver evidence-based care.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be registered on the Active Practice Register with the College of Physiotherapists of Manitoba (CPM).
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited university program.
- Strong clinical reasoning and interpersonal communication skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Nice to have: Post-graduate certifications or interest in Pelvic Floor Health, Vestibular Rehabilitation, or Acupuncture/IMS
