Duties

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions, including mobility, strength, and pain levels
- Develop and execute individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs and recovery goals
- Provide hands-on therapy techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities like ultrasound or electrical stimulation
- Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment strategies to optimize outcomes
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, self-care techniques, and rehabilitation exercises
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive patient care




- Maintain detailed documentation of treatments, progress notes, and clinical observations in compliance with healthcare standards

Requirements

- Proven experience working in hospital settings with exposure to acute care environments
- Strong background in pediatric physiotherapy is highly desirable
- Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach to diverse patient populations
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy practice
- Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced clinical environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Valid licensure or registration as a licensed Physiotherapist in the relevant jurisdiction
- Prior experience in hospital or acute care settings is preferred
