We are looking for reliable and hardworking Pick & Pack Workers to join our food production team at Circles & Squares Bakery. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately picking and packing customer orders while maintaining high standards of quality, food safety, cleanliness, and workplace safety.

The ideal candidate is a team player who works well in a rapid-paced environment, pays close attention to detail, and is committed to completing tasks accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Fulfill orders for Fresh, Frozen, and Refrigerated products according to customer requirements.
- Follow picking and packing instructions and ensure orders are prepared correctly.
- Check products for quality, including size, colour, texture, appearance, and overall condition.
- Handle food products carefully to prevent damage, contamination, or spoilage.
- Follow all Food Safety, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and Health & Safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness while working with food products.
- Keep the Pick & Pack area clean and organized according to daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
- Meet daily productivity and order fulfillment targets.
- Work cooperatively with team members, Team Leads, and Management.
- Report damaged, incorrect, or poor-quality products to the Team Lead or Management.
- Follow company procedures and instructions at all times.
- Assist with other duties as required by the Team Lead or Manager.

Requirements




- Previous experience in food production, manufacturing, warehouse, or Pick & Pack is an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Ability to follow instructions and company procedures.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Ability to work in Fresh, Refrigerated, and Frozen environments as required.
- Commitment to food safety, quality, cleanliness, and workplace safety.

Qualifications
- Previous food production or warehouse experience is preferred, but training will be provided.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Ability to follow GMP, Food Safety, and Health & Safety requirements.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
