The Associate Clinical Lead will act as a pivotal mentor for Associate Dentists at Anytime Dental Group. You will be dedicated to enhancing clinical skills, treatment planning, and overall confidence among your peers. By closely working with clinic leaders, you’ll contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and evidence-based practice across our dental network.
Key Responsibilities: • Mentor Associate Dentists to enhance skills • Foster a culture of clinical collaboration • Review and support comprehensive treatment plans • Provide individualized development plans for dentists • Facilitate educational sessions on clinical practices
Requirements: • At least 5 years of experience in clinical dentistry • Robust background in general dentistry • Ability to lead constructive feedback discussions • Proven coaching and mentoring capabilities • Travel availability across Ontario
