About Loudmouth

Loudmouth Pizza is a new NYC Inspired, YYC Made neighbourhood takeout & delivery pizza shop built around hand-stretched pies, lunch slices and a simple menu done really well.

We’re building our opening team and looking for an experienced full-time Pizza Maker who wants to become an important part of the shop from day one.

This is a hands-on, cross-trained role focused on dough production, prep, pizza making and day-to-day kitchen execution, with the expectation that everyone pitches in wherever needed.

What We’re Looking For

- Pizza experience: At least 1 year of hands-on pizza-making and dough experience in a commercial restaurant or pizzeria
- Dough confidence: Comfortable handling, portioning, opening and working with fermented pizza dough
- Service experience: Able to build, top and manage multiple pizzas through a busy bake
- Prep skills: Comfortable with portioning, ingredient prep and maintaining an organized station
- Reliable: You show up on time, prepared and ready to work
- Team-minded: You’re willing to move between kitchen and front of house when needed
- Good with people: You care about the food going out and the customer receiving it

The Role

You’ll be involved in

- Dough production and dough management
- Daily prep and portioning
- Stretching, topping and baking pizzas
- Managing multiple pies during busy service
- Maintaining consistency and quality




- Kitchen organization, cleanliness and food safety
- Opening and closing duties
- Helping establish systems and standards as part of the opening team
- Supporting counter/service when needed

Schedule This is a full-time position. Candidates should be available for a mix of daytime, evening and weekend shifts.

Physical Requirements The role includes standing for extended periods, working around hot ovens, repetitive food-preparation tasks and lifting ingredients or supplies weighing up to approximately 50 lbs.
