You will engage in daily activities, ensuring the children's needs are met while fostering a nurturing, respectful setting. This role carries valuable training in KI traditions and life skills. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and teach children cooking as life skill
- Ensure cleanliness in shared facilities
- Supervise children's activities to maintain safety
- Communicate rules and ensure they are upheld
- Report on shift activities as required Requirements:
- Experience with at-risk children and families
- Deep understanding of KI culture and values
- First Aid and CRP knowledge essential
- Valid Ontario Driver’s Licence is a must
- Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check needed Become a role model for resilience and care as you guide our young community members at KIDO.
