We’re looking for a Plant Manager to lead day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, multi-shift converting environment. This is a highly visible leadership role for someone who is passionate about people, production, safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

What you’ll lead:

- Multi-shift manufacturing operations and production performance
- Throughput, schedule attainment, downtime, labour efficiency, and spoilage
- Safety, housekeeping, and operational compliance
- Continuous improvement, machine uptime, and changeover efficiency
- Supervisors, lead hands, adjusters, and operators
- Workforce development, technical training, and succession
- Cross-functional collaboration with Scheduling, Sales, Maintenance, HR, and Finance

We’re looking for someone who:

• Brings 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience

- Has strong experience in manufacturing, converting, printing, packaging, paper, or a related environment
- Has successfully led hourly teams in a multi-shift operation
- Is comfortable being on the floor, not behind a desk
- Is practical, decisive, and solutions-oriented
- Builds accountability while developing people
- Has a solid sense of urgency and follow-through




- Brings experience with Lean/continuous improvement initiatives—an asset
