The Alzheimer Society of Toronto is seeking a Social Worker for Caregiver Education and Support to offer therapeutic support, education, information, referrals and resource navigation to people living with dementia and their family caregivers. The role will deliver lectures and workshops to increase caregiver knowledge and develop problem-solving plans with participants, and will require collaboration across teams to improve training and outreach across Toronto.
